STDF Explorer is a tool to extract STDF files and display STDF content at record level, you could use it to check STDF data integrity and any record content. It provides cascaded view according to STDF record levels and allows you easily find specified record and check it.
STDF Explorer also has a STDF Repair Tool which could repair STDF files that are not closed properly, it could rebuild summary records and append to STDF file to make it complete.
