This application will allow users to load local videos / pictures and play them in the application. The supported local video file types are MP4, AVI and WMV (but you need to install codec to play).
The user can choose to draw arrows, circles, squares and X over the video or image, and can change the size of their shapes. (the application did not allow overwritten images to be saved on video at that time.)

In addition, it can control the media volume of video playback through a new slider. You can choose a playback speed of 25% to 400%.

It also supports searching video through the slider.

In video scrolling mode, a new button will be available when the video is paused. After pressing this button, you can slide left or right on the video and it will slowly search for the video.
