TextCut allows you to split large text file into smaller files by number of lines. TextCut also supports .CSV files when splitting.

Easily select your source file and the destination folder you wish your split files to be sent. Supported options include preserving the header row and selecting the number of records per-file. Great for converting a single text files and large CSV files into multiple smaller files.
