Go to the main screen click on the minimized Application Bar then click on capture and edit or select a photo and then add a filter(s) to the photo(s) save the added filter(s) and the photo(s) will be saved to your camera roll.
Or when you are viewing a photo in full screen (where you can set that photo as you lock screen), you can save that photo and add a filter(s) and save the photo to your camera roll.
