The app does not support Windows 10 S.

Use this app to generate thumbnails for Windows file explorer. For now, it supports .ai, .svg and .psd files. We are working to add support for more formats. Please note when you register the thumbnail handler, the File Explorer will be automatically restarted after registration succeeds, so you will need to reopen the folder to check whether it works. You can always undo the registration from within the app if you don’t need it.
