VoIS Softphone
Description
This product is intended for use by customers of Pebbletree LTD.
In order for this application to function the end user will require authentication credentials to register the VoIS softphone with our service.

Most of our customers access our numbers with an external VoIP handset or softphone, also known as a SIP phone. As such, we have released our own softphone called ‘VoIS’, which is free to use for all our customers. All you need to use VoIS is your VoIP username and password.

Receive calls to your VoIP number and make calls from your VoIP number.

When a call is in progress, all options include the ability to end the call, place the call on hold, mute the microphone, transfer the call, open a new line (this places the current call on hold).

Call history VoIS provides a full call history where you can see all outbound, inbound and missed calls. These are listed in chronological order and display a symbol which tells you the type of call.

By clicking on a number listed in the call history, it will give the option of dialling or deleting the record.

VoIS comes with a number of different ringtones to choose from.

The auto answer feature is ideal for call centres with a high turnover of calls, auto answer ensures every call is answered straight away automatically
