This app easily compares the costs between different wattage bulbs and other appliances.
The idea came to me as I was trying to decide if I should spend 20 bucks on an new LED efficient light bulb. I was curious how long it would take me to pay for it.
Just enter the old wattage, the new wattage, and the price per KwHr at your location.
It also has a little “What If” section with pre-populated values.
