WinPA lets you use your Windows device as a simple public address system. Using a wired or Bluetooth microphone, choose the output for your voice. Outputs can be a the local device or better yet, a Bluetooth speaker. Why yell when speaking to a large audience when you can use WinPA and a loud speaker? Better yet, record the audio from your event for later playback or editing.
