This software is designed for people doing DNA molecular diagnostics and DNA molecular cloning. Input DNA in FASTA format, convert single strand DNA to double stranded DNA, search for DNA patterns in 5’-3’, 3’-5’ and 3’-5’ reverse directions, generate protein for 3 frames, check for location of some endonucleases’ recognition sites, etc. In DNA editor, you select DNA fragment, right click and copy selection to see fragment’s parameters and name of endonucleases’ recognition sites in that fragment.
