NOTE: This is a line-of-business app that requires a customized implementation of netFORUM and additional installation of Vantiv Integrated Payments Platform triPOS PC. To evaluate this software without a netFORUM integration, you can log into the app in demo mode using “DEMO” for the values for Organization ID, Event ID, username, and password.

Zurich is a mobile commerce app - giving your staff the freedom to interact with your members in a variety of situations using multiple devices. Armed with the tablet, credit card reader, and scan gun, your staff can take orders wherever your members are and eliminate purchase lines. Zurich also supports a fixed PC setup if you’d rather use a traditional desktop or laptop PC.
Zurich is PCI Compliant through an integration with the Vantiv triPOS service. This service allows Zurich to support new hardware and technologies. Some hardware used in previous versions of Zurich may now be obsolete, and new hardware required. Three new credit card scanners are now supported, the Verifone VX-805, Ingenico iCM122 (wireless), and Ingenico iSC Touch 250. With these devices, your staff can make card present transactions, which may make you eligible for better processing rates through your merchant account. EMV Chip reading and NPC payments are now supported. This includes Apple Pay and Android Pay.

netFORUM Integration - Zurich integrates directly with netFORUM. The data you see is always fresh and up-to-date. When you submit an order, it is submitted directly to netFORUM for processing.
