Body Workout HIIT is an app for home workout or in a park with your own body.

Month training plans

Application includes month training plans which you can choose according to your physical condition or well known workouts like Tabata.

Custom Workouts

You can create your custom workout with options for prepare time, rest time, cycles and list of exercises. Workouts can be combined to tabata and other High Intensity Interval Trainings know as HIIT. Every time before starting workout you can change a number of reps or time depends on exercise. You can also change a number of repetition of every exercise.

Background Timer

The application includes background timer with options turn on or off. If you decide turn on background timer. It will run when you press home or lock your phone and you can coordinate your workout with sound and notification showing current state of your workout.

Sound and Voice Assistant

Sound and voice manager are included for the workout and you can choose which one suits you more. Settings allows you to choose different sounds to start prepare, rest, work or finish state.

Calendar events

For planning of exercises in future, you can use the local calendar where you can add events distinguished by color, title, note and focused body parts. Calendar shows you your plans for next workouts and days in past you exercised.

Profile

There is a profile where you find your current level based on your experience from exercise. Graph with day progress and weight. Focused body parts and number of days you workout.

If you find out that something missing in the application requests a new feature or report a bug through settings.
