Waiting for a bus is one of the most miserable experiences known to man. More often than not you are left wondering if it’s on it’s way or if you’ve already missed it (Let’s be honest, generally it’s also raining). Well ponder no more! Thanks to the outstanding work by the team at Fireside Apps the mystery has been removed.

The Bus Fuss app will let you search for your stop by name or ID and then through the magic of advanced GPS bus tracking technology will inform you when the bus will arrive. If the bus fails to arrive, leaves early, arrives late, is dirty or the driver is rude/offensive we’ll even help automate a complaint for you to send by mail or tweet. You can also search for timetables and get information on fares for all Bus Eireann journeys.

Key Features:

• Search for bus stop by name or ID
• Review all routes arriving at that stop with up to the minute data for their arrival.
• If the bus fails to arrive, leaves early, arrives late, is dirty or the driver is rude/offensive we’ll automate a complaint to Bus Eireann for you.
• Add frequently used bus stops to Favourites (Long press to remove).
• View bus stop location on a map.
• Search for scheduled timetable by route ID.

As of 1st Dec 2014 the National Transport Authority have brought in new rules stating they will fine Bus Eireann relative to every complaint they receive on the grounds of a bus leaving early or late, the bus being dirty or the driver being rude/offensive. They must also respond to all Twitter posts within an hour. Now more than ever it’s important that we come together and make our voice heard in the face of rising bus fares, it’s time to make a fuss.
