Calendario de Memos. Totales

With the memo calendar app,
you can organize your articles, your notes through a main calendar that allows you to organize these notes in dates. So consult your notes through this calendar looking for the corresponding date. Also, search your notes through the names list.

Calendar of total memos,
It has new tools. So the original version remains unchanged; although totals contains the original options and the new tools.

New queries. More criteria

1. Apply new filters
   Note DATE between dates, month(several) of article, day of week.
   WORD LIST filter note by contains one of the words in a list, or contains all the words in a list

2. Highlight one and/or several keywords.

The word criteria are used to FILTER with the corresponding queries, but also to apply highlighting and styles by content (conditional formatting) to ALL QUERIES.

3. Statistics according to the applied filters.
   You can obtain accumulated data from the complete presentation or through the filters.
   Count the number of characters in each note,
   the accumulated characters through the article notes.
   Count the number of occurrences of the keywords,
   the accumulated keywords through the article notes.
   Comparative of the words of the WORDS LIST (without limit).
   General totals.
   Cumulative with conditional formatting.

Thus generating basic but very important statistics, since organizing notes with categories (keyword) allows you to organize complete projects!

4. Custom styles.

You can then open your notes by filtering what content and what notes you want to view at any given time.

It has an editor that you access after selecting and filtering your notes and to save the formatted reading.
In this editor you can apply formats as final presentation but it will not modify the main table of articles, notes.
The text generated in the formatted editor can be saved it is a final report; it does not retrieve notes saved that way.
This report presents the texts that were filtered through the consultations.
You can save the text in the editor to continue working with the document.

8. It has new options in the editor.
   A general index that will contain the names of the articles to quickly access them and are formatted according to the content of the note; this way you know if it contains or not the keyword that you indicated in the criteria.

This way you can organize your individual or group activities, distributing the notes to your collaborators as appropriate.
