About Case Manager Document Manager
The new Document Manager for Case Manager web provides a seamless experience when editing case documents in MS Office applications. With just a double-click, case documents are downloaded and open immediately for editing. Use the handy Document Manager Task Bar app to keep a track of all downloaded and locked documents. Changes are uploaded automatically when a document is saved and closed.
