The whole GPS coordinates downloading process can be started by pressing the download headers button here. Headers are basically groups, every header entry contains multiple GPS coordinates. The watch creates a new header entry every time you press the start GPS button on it, then the recorded GPS coordinates will be stored under that header entry.

These are the downloaded header entries from the watch. Just select one entry here and press the Download / Save as GPX button.

Once the download is ready, a folder selection dialog will be displayed for you to select the place of the result GPX file.
Gpx Studio or other website can be used to upload and view the downloaded GPX files on the map.

Please be aware this app needs Bluetooth LE profile, so please check your Bluetooth adapter before starting the installation.

This is a sync app for the Casio GPR-B1000 watch, it uses Bluetooth LE connection to download GPS coordinates of the previously recorded routes from the watch and then the coordinates can be saved in GPX format.
