Casl Survey

Casl Survey / CHAP Survey app is the first ever multilingual research study app for offline data collection. It is a brainchild of Dr. XinQi Dong, MD, MPH. CHAP web application is designed to conduct a longitudinal study of the Minority population in the United States, to facilitate offline data collection and to conduct the interviews at remote geographical regions Casl Survey mobile app is designed. The PINE Study is an extensive study that examines the general health and quality of life of the elderly minority population. It is the largest cohort of Chinese elderly ever assembled for epidemiological research in Western countries. PINE and PIETY study is the product of a synergistic collaboration between the Chinese Health, Aging, and Policy Program (CHAP) at Rush University, Rutgers University, Northwestern University, and many community-based organizations and social service providers. This academic-community partnership is led by Dr. XinQi Dong MD, MPH, Director at Institute for Health, Rutgers, Melissa A Simon, MD, MPH, at Northwestern University, and Esther Wong, ACSW and Bernarda Wong, ACSW, at Chinese American Service League. Project management and application development are coordinated by Stephanie Bergren, Dexia Kong and Dinesh Mendhe respectively.

The goal of the PINE and PIETY Study is to better understand the health and well-being of the elderly population.
