About CCC Diagnostics
CCC Diagnostics App interface enables CCC repair facility customers to perform vehicle diagnostic from available OEM and Aftermarket scan provider(s). App features Vehicle Scan and Clear Actions, On-screen Results (DTC Codes, Data List, Special Functions) and Scan History. Scan results PDF and invoices are also attached to corresponding CCC ONE open work files
Requirements to log-in to CCC Diagnostics:
• An active license for CCC ONE Estimating
• A valid CCC ONE Estimating username and password
• Suitable permissions granted for the CCC ONE security role
