CitySourced Console

CitySourced Console is a Windows 8 based management application for the CitySourced enterprise reporting platform. The CitySourced Console allows CitySourced customers to view issues assigned to them, view other issues within their city’s geographic boundaries and submit new issues directly from a properly provisioned tablet (a camera and GPS are recommended, but not required). Console users have the ability to sort issues based on report type (graffiti, pothole, etc), report status (open, closed, etc.) and date submitted. Console users also have the ability to update an issue’s status, vote up and issue, and add comments to existing issues. A news feed on the home page allows Console users to get the latest news on the CitySourced platform.

CitySourced is a real time, mobile civic engagement platform. CitySourced provides a simple and intuitive platform empowering residents to identify civic issues (public safety, quality of life, environmental issues, etc.) and report them to city hall for quick resolution; an opportunity for government to use technology to save time and money plus improve accountability to those they govern; and a positive, collaborative platform for real action.
