CLOSED TRAVERSES IN SURVEYING

We adopt the method which consists in compensating for the angles. The sum of the angles of a polygon is known. Compensation for angular closure will be done uniformly over all angles. This program calculates the bearings of the lines and the coordinates of the stations of a closed traverse knowing the internal angles, the lengths of its lines, the coordinates of starting station and the starting bearing. The angular misclosure is distributed uniformly over all angles. The closing deviation is adjusted by the method of proportional parallels.
