The Coach RT® solution organizes and distributes action plans as independently trackable commitments. Key stakeholders are alerted when commitments are started, changed, completed, or dropped.

During a session, Coaches can quickly assign which commitments are highest prioity and can opt to receive progress notifications from the coachees.
