CRS Health Record App

Complex Rehab Systems (CRS) Health Record App provides a convenient digital record system for the Assistive Technology Professional (ATP). When used in conjunction with the CRS Scanner app an ATP can perform a client evaluation anywhere, and at any time. Using the Health Record App allows an ATP to take precise measurements off a 3D model, collect and store client information, track the health history of a client, and collaborate with colleagues on difficult measurements, or complex rehab cases.
