My Clinical Notes Page: Provides a list of all of your clinical notes completed in the past 30 days. To view a clinical note, either touch on the note to be viewed.
Clinical Notes View Page: To view Signed Clinical notes in view only mode. Scroll horizontally to view information in the clinical note documentation steps. Use ReOpen function to Edit the note
Patient Location Page: Directions to Patients Home. use Get Directions link in Schedule Detail or Patient Information page
Clinical Notes Entry Page: Clinical note contains default documentation steps to complete the clinical documentation for this visit. Use the horizontal navigation to scroll
Add Note Page: This will initiate clinical notes documentation. Most of the information will default on the page based on schedule information.
Login Page. Enter your registered email id and password
Schedule Details Page: This is a view only page providing you with additional visit information. Scroll horizontally to view additional visit information.
My Schedules Page: These are patients for which you are currently scheduled. You can modify the default date range by touching the filter icon on top right corner.
Main page: This contains list of your patient schedules, clinical notes, your pending tasks, Alerts that your are responsible and your list of patients
