The desktop app for accessing the agent’s features of the Daktela V6 omnichannel system is now available.

Always have basic functions at hand. These include:

• dialling calls manually
• answering and rejecting calls and other activities
• starting and ending pauses
• call pick-up indication
• logging in and out of queues and devices

The Daktela V6 app is free with your Daktela licence.
