Diabetes Alert

Diabetes Alert is design to help Diabetes patient manage the medication schedule, record and monitor their Blood Glucose Level.
Record the BGL is as easy as few touches, and patient can monitor the BGL History with the graph which will indicate with color band and actions required.
Simply enter meds prescription, the app will show the next meds due time and set a alarm to remind you when the meds is due. Optionally, patient can write a NFC tag for the meds, and attach the tag to the meds package.
Tap the NFC enabled windows 8 tablet to the NFC tag, will launch the app, and the app will display the meds information and read out the next due time. It will be a helpful feature for aged patient or patient will difficulty in reading the meds instruction.
