Does it rain? answers the every day question every minute of the day. It shows the rainfall for the current next hours and even when you’re not actively using the app, it will warn you for forthcoming rain showers in the next 2 hours.
No need to look outside again, but simply go outside based on this app.
NOTE: this app only shows information on the weather in the Netherlands.
