Muscular activities includes lifting weights and machines on the other hand flexibility can be gained by stretching yoga and pilates etc .

SET THE RIGHT GOALS Before making up your mind to start exercising it is important to set your goals right that i will be giving at least an hour only for my workout which may be in any form.
There is no point investing a huge amount in the gym and then not even taking a look at it.
GAINING MOMENTUM If you have joined a gym long back and then left it and now you are totally out of the habit or momentum of going to gym it is very essential to set up your goals right and focus to work towards it.
Dont start the rigourous training and exercise because you want to cope up the lost time rather its bettr to start slowly and steadily and increase the intensity later on.
Feel energectic about your new schedule buy a new pair of running shoes or a new pair of gym shorts fill your MP3 with a good collection of songs so that you are energized uring workout sessions and njoy it.

THINK DIFFERENT If you do not want to start again your workout with the same old and boring gym you can think of doing something different may an aerobics or a belly dance class or yoga all these new things and ventures will keep you active throughout and you will feel refreshed.
