About File Information Collector
File Information Collector is a software application for gathering file information from imported directories. The application can collect all subdirectories and files from the imported directories and calculate their size (total size too). It then categorizes the files based on extension, creation date, last write date, last access date and read only or editable. File Information Collector can prove very useful for users that need to know how many unique file extensions exist inside a directory and it’s subdirectories as well as the total size that these unique files occupy as a whole (same with dates and read only). The user can also export the information into a single file or even separate text files (*.txt).
