About Formula and Name Manager for Excel
Collect, find, update, analyze, import and export Excel formulas and defined names from a centralized location. Manipulate formulas and names with easy.
This app adds a command “Formula Manager” to Excel’s ribbon. Open the formula manager window to show all the formulas and names defined on a workbook.
This app requires the desktop version of Microsoft Excel. It does not work with the web version of Office (i.e. Office online that runs inside a web browser).
The trial version is fully functional. After the trial period, you’ll need to subscribe to keep it.

Find - Easily find the formulas and names you care about. Filter the list with various criteria - type, scope, keywords, or extended properties like visibility, relative or not, etc.

Update - Add, edit and delete items, change the scope of a defined name without breaking the existing referring relations.

Analyze - Understand the formulas and names with navigable referring relations, including “Referring to” and “Referred by”. Generate printable referring map.

Export and Import - Export all the formulas to a worksheet. You can then learn, update / optimize the formulas, and import the list to update the workbook.
