Giving Thanks is a Blessings Journal which lets you record the blessings no matter big or small that God has bestowed upon you. It is good to be constantly reminded on how awesome God is and has been in your life.

Included in Giving Thanks is both the King James Version (KJV) Bible and the World English Bible (WEB) so you can add the verses right into your journal by just typing the verse reference, such as John 3:16 and have the application translate that into the actual scripture verse in the translation you select. These two versions are selected because they are in the public domain and you wouldn't need to worry about copyrights while quoting and sharing the bible verses.

Right Mouse Click to bring up the Contextual Menu and Select Add Bible Verse to bring up the verse selector where you can either pick a bible verse from either the old or new testament.

Alternatively, you can enter a keyword and have the application search the Bible in the selected version and give you all the verses which you can select and add to the Journal Entry.

If you know the Bible Verse, just type in it, highlight it and bring up the contextual menu to Get Bible Verse. The Verse will appear in your journal entries. However, if it is unable to find the verse, it will bring up the bible verse selector window where you can locate the verse you want to include.

One key is the ability to share your journal entries with others to encourage them. Giving Thanks offer the options of sharing via email or saving the journal entries via clipboard so you can paste them anywhere.

Instead of a standard template, Giving Thanks lets you design the sharing template the style you want. Using the respective macros, ##, the text from the journal can be substitued in.

No journal is complete without the option to perform backup and restoration of the database. So when you are moving to a new computer, you can backup and move the database over to your new computer so that you will always have them.

Constantly backup lets you recover journal entries which may have been deleted.

In times of discouragement, it is good to reflect on what He has done for us. You can search for keywords to narrow down the numerous entries.

Built into the application is the World English Bible (WEB) and the King James Bible (KJV) so that you can insert the bible verses which inspire you for the moment into the journal entries.

You can search, edit and share your journal entries by using the share option which will copy the entry to the clipboard or to your default email client.

Not only that, included in Giving Thanks, you get some 200 specially curated bible verses which would inspire you.
