The Family Medical History APP (HomeMedicalHistory) can track the physical health of you and your family members, and can record the detailed information of any medical prescriptions and changes in important physical indicators.

Filter data for different date periods through two dates.

Add multiple family members or personal information, including basic data such as blood type, height, and weight.

Record medical visits or visits of family members at any time period; including diagnosis results, treatment plans, attending doctors, visit locations, etc.

Record the list of prescription drugs for family members at any time period; including drug indications, side effects, starting time, dosage and frequency of administration.

Record allergy information of family members at any time, including allergic symptoms, causes, allergic parts, allergies, etc. time, as well as treatment plans for allergic symptoms.

Record the blood pressure trend of family members at any time period; including systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure, heart rate changes and detailed recording time.

Record the blood glucose trend of family members at any time period; including meal time and detailed recording time. It can record blood glucose data in the morning, noon, evening, before or after meals in a day.

You can view the blood pressure statistics in the two date ranges, including the trend of systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure, and heart rate changes.

You can view the weight trend bar graph in two date ranges, and know your weight change according to the trend of each day. Do appropriate physical exercises according to changes in body weight.
