When Ijtimaati is online, the meeting agenda and its documents are automatically downloaded, along with news, follow-up actions, MOM and a library of reading materials. They can take a decision by voting with them signature online or offline, executives can then annotate documents – just like on paper. They can use each feature in the application along with meeting.
