Insiders of companies listed at a US stock exchange are required by law to report their trades to the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). Insiders are, for example, members of the board of directors, officers, or individuals/entities holding more than 10% of a company. Accordingly, insiders make their trades based on information that the public doesn’t have about the future performance of a company. This app will help you to make more informed trading decisions and thus improve the performance of your portfolio: It enables you to search and monitor this entire insider trading by monitoring the website of the SEC.
