Lease Toolbox

The new governmental lease accounting standard (GASB 87) will take effect for all reporting periods starting after Dec. 15, 2019. The Lease Toolbox is designed to assist accountants and governments generate GASB 87 compliant lease schedules, for both lessors and lessees.

The Lease Toolbox generates Excel files and therefore REQUIRES Excel.

The Lease Toolbox is being developed by Puzzle, LLC in conjunction with an experienced CPA team.

The Lease Toolbox is primarily a time-saving tool that generates GASB 87 compliant lease schedules in Excel (.xlsx) format that can be further edited to suit your needs.
With this tool, generating lease schedules takes minutes, not hours!
