The micro:bit is a fun and easy way for anyone to get creative with physical computing. The micro:bit is a pocket-sized computer with an LED display, buttons, speaker, motion sensor and more! Microsoft’s MakeCode for micro:bit app makes it simple to code the micro:bit using drag-and-drop blocks, JavaScript or Python code editors to create fun projects like a DIY pedometer, a room intruder alert system, or a soil moisture monitor for your houseplants. The app also includes an on-screen micro:bit simulator so you can see your code running even if you don’t have a micro:bit device.
