About Manufacturing Cycle Management System

This app has been created to easily manage any manufacturing cycle in a small to medium business. It monitors its risks and controls, as well as its overall costs.

  • Design you process layout by uploading your department floor plan and define areas and stations.

This tool has been conceived in line with the fundamental concepts on process management described in the norm ISO 9001:2015.
Bear in mind that is not exhaustive and the given interpretation of the principles has been used to create an effective tool for process management rather than a software to completely address the ISO 9001 requirements.

In order to work the application need a valid connection to a Microsoft SQL Server (local or remote) or an SQLite data storage. The software has been tested on Microsoft SQL Server Express 2019 (Downloadable from Microsoft’s web site).

There are no limits to the users that can be created or that can be logged at the same time.
The default credentials for the first access are User: admin, Password: admin!01. You should change this credentials right after the first access.
