This is an application for those who lives in Mess. By this application you can record your daily meal. You can add deposit amount, bazaar list, meal record, extra cost. after that system will auto calculate some features like meal rate, total deposit amount, remaining balance, total bazaar cost, per person number of total bazaar, total meal of the month, per person total meal, daily total meal etc…
There is also a group post feature, notification, games. This application is very user friendly.

There are two versions of application, one is web application and the other is Android application. You can use both by using same username and password.

How to use :

1. First you have to registration (create an account). Then Login to this site.
2. Without creating a group you can’t create a month. So, you have to join or create a group.
3. Click the search Icon then search user. And add them. When they accept your request then group will be automatically created and as you have requested him first so, by default you will become the manager of the group. Next time you can request as a manager to another group member.
4. Then go to “Meal Calculate” and create Month. If you set Full meal then it consider as 1.0 and for Half meal consider as 0.5
5. The manager only have the permission to add “Months”, “Deposit Amount”, “Meal Record”, “Bazaar Cost” and “Extra Cost”. Others member only can view access.
6. If you add Extra cost, it does not affect meal rate. Because, Extra cost is an individual part.
7. Suppose you have created a month. After that new member is joined your group. So how you add him to this existing month…? You click Meal calculation => Enter the month => add new user. And add him. He will automatically marge the existing month.
8. Others member can temporary set their daily meal. On the other hand manager will be visible the temporary meal but, manager can’t change it. And manager finally set their meal. When the manager updates it, temporary meal will be locked. Group member can’t change anymore. (Temporary meal is nothing but just inform the manager. Temporary meal does not affect anywhere).
9. Any group member can leave the group or manager can kick out the group member. If member leave or kick out the group, their all data will be kept, but disabled (deposit amount, meal record). Manager can’t edit his cell. If anytime this member come back to the group again his all cell will be enable.
10. Your every Group member can post to the blog and it will be visible only your group. Your all group members can see it. Others Group will not be able to see your Group Post.
