About Member Check-In

Member Check-In is a front desk Check-In app exclusively for gyms using Health Club Systems. The app allows gym employees to easily check-in members to the facility. Features include:

  • EASY TO USE CHECK-IN INTERFACE: A green or red background lets the employee know if the member is OK to use the gym.
  • CHECK IN MODES: Choose between attended and unattended check-in modes.
  • SERIAL PORTS: If your gym has a turnstile, you can easily connect it to the app. After a successful check-in, the turnstile will unlock so the member can enter (requires additional setup and hardware).
  • PERSONAL TRAINING: View and check-in members to personal training packages.
  • MESSAGES & ALERTS: View check-in messages and alerts for members.

Note: This app does NOT support Windows 10 S.
