mHOSP 5.21.2

The new 5.21.2 release version allows user to: view test results as forms and apply drugs from newly-opened and previously-opened packs. Additionally, the Czech, Hungarian and Slovakian language versions have been abandoned. Furthermore, the mechanism for test viewing in full-screen mode has been changed.
