Mortgage Calculator Max is a mortgage calculator to calculate your mortgage payments, amortization schedule, and provide you with a comprehensive summary report and much more… All with a simple and a user friendly interface!

You will also see tips on how to save in interest on your mortgage and shorten your mortgage through making prepayments!

This interactive application is extremely simple to use, and will update all the calculations as you make changes to any of the fields.

A great feature is the ability to setup recurring or scheduled prepayments at given periods, and the application will show you the benefits (over the term and over the amortization period) from these prepayments.

The summary report will show you both a summary that reflects the prepayments, and another one without the prepayments so you can compare the savings!

Included in the calculations are:

• Amortization Schedule
• Payment Amount (Monthly, Semi-Monthly, Bi-Weekly, or Weekly)
• Term & Amortization Summaries WITH prepayments (# of Payments, Total Principal, Total Interest, Total Cost)
• Term & Amortization Summaries WITHOUT prepayments (# of Payments, Total Principal, Total Interest, Total Cost)
• Summary of benefits due to prepayments (Interest Saved, # of Payments Reduced, etc…)

In the Settings section, you can choose your compounding frequency (Quarterly, Semi-Annually, or Annually).

The app is updated regularly with new features!
