This app calculates Federal withholding, Social Security and Medicare taxes during calendar year 2019. The normal Social Security rate is 6.2%. If wages exceed $132,900 during the calendar year the Social Security rate should be reduced to zero. This app is designed as personal “Pay Check” check. It can also be used as a small business payroll calculator.
