Pixel Ruler-- Measure Screen View

Pixel Ruler allows you to measure pixels dynamically using the mouse. With it, you can accurately measure the selected screen view in pixels, which helps in configuring image formats, creating graphics, and scaling images. It displays measurements in pixels up to a width of 2,500 pixels or a height of 1,500 pixels.

This tool is very easy to use. The pixel ruler floats above the desktop and can be dragged and dropped anywhere on the screen. As we move the cursor up and down the ruler, a small box shows the measurement (in pixels) from the endpoint. Click or double-click the ruler to toggle between horizontal and vertical views. Right-click on the ruler to close the program.
