The software isn’t a hack or cheat, but all it does is that it disables the frame limiter and v-sync, which are enabled by default.

The app runs as a system tray program.
How to run the app:
step 1. launch the application.
step 2. right click on the icon in the system tray to change the setting.
step 3. check again the fps in the roblox game.
