ROOTS OF POLYNOMIALS : DICHOTOMY METHOD

This program calculates the roots of polynomials within a
given interval. The program first conducts a random search
within the given interval for two points with opposite signs.
If a change of sign is found, then the root is calculated by
the half-interval search method. If there is no change of
sign found, another interval will be asked for.
