SA20 Device Programmer is a handy utility that allows you to communicate over USB to your Needham’s SA-20 Device Programmer using modern Windows 10 computer. You’ll need a Needham’s SA-20 Device Programmer and a USB-to-Serial converter. The utility emulates the RS-232 serial port communication and the interface of the original DOS-based program.
