About Go deapr® demo

Go deapr® finds personal data in files and databases. Even if that data is not located at the designated places.

You gain insight into (potential) GDPR compliance issues via a clear dashboard which supports effective and thorough data-cleansing processes. With Go deapr® you reduce the risk of reputational damage in the event of a possible data breach.

Go deapr® can scan all common file formats for personal data. The application distinguishes between structured data (databases, tables) and unstructured data (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, PDF, e-mails, jpeg, etc.).

With structured data, Go deapr® also indicates whether the found personal data is at a deviating location in the database or not. For example, a free entry field in a computer system is used relatively often to store comments or notes which may also contain personal data that should not be entered. Go deapr® will identify and visualize these findings clearly.

Simply select which folder(s), database(s), file(s) to be scan. Choose which of the 30 types of personal data should be searched for, such as financial or medical information, religion, credit card number, social security number, passport, political preference, name and address, criminal history, etc.

The results of the scan are presented in a clear management report, in which all kinds of cross-sections can be made. Go deapr® also supports the comparison of multiple scans. In this way, an organization can monitor the way to GDPR compliance.
