Service Experience Insights by Network Innovations at NTT is an agent-based network monitoring system that provides internet quality monitoring and visualization for remote workers, ISPs, enterprise branch-to-branch/branch-to-cloud, and cloud applications.

The Service Experience Insights Mobile Agent for Windows PC is a native Windows application that sends synthetic monitoring packets to internet endpoints from your PC. The agent’s UI provides insight into the internet quality you experience.

Use the Service Experience Insights Mobile Agent to view internet quality metrics, run speed tests, and submit internet quality ratings. Available metrics:

• Computer: Your CPU and memory usage and comparison metrics for other members of your team
• WiFi/LAN: Latency, jitter, and loss of your local network and signal degradation and frame loss per second when connected to WiFi
• Router/Gateway: Internal and external IP addresses currently in use
• Internet Quality to Major Destinations: Your internet quality to major internet destinations and that of your team and other The Service Experience Insights Agents using your ISP
• Speed Test: Download and upload speed to speed test targets for your organization

Only install this software if your employer has asked to do so. Activating the software requires an activation token provided by your IT administrator.
