About STDF Statistical Analyzer
STDF(Standard Test Data Format) is a widely used data format in semiconductor industry. It is a binary data format and we need tools to extract data from STDF and then analyze it.
STDF Statistical Analyzer(SSA) is a instant STDF analysis tool, it can extract STDF directly and analyze data with some build-in statistical charts like histogram, cumulative frequency, scatter plot and box plot; SSA also has interactive wafer map tool with zoom/rotate and export features.
Basic features is free to everyone, includes STDF data extraction, test statistical and bin summary together with grouping feature and data exportation.
In app subscription for full features including statistical charts and wafer map tool.
