Text To Speech+

This program is a text reader that can read your text files back to you using computer speech. It can also read text from a variety of sources, including text files, rich text files, and even the clipboard. Microsoft Word support has also been added.

The sounds you choose in the program can be modified, such as pitch, volume and reading speed. If you prefer, you can also save the playback to an audio file in MP3 or WAV format on your PC.
