About Tirukkural
This App is the collection of 1330 couplets written by Thiruvalluvar. Most believe Thirukkural was written during Tamil Sangam Period around 30 BC. Thirukkural, is a classic of couplets expresses the highest and the purest expressions of human thought and is one of the most important works in the Tamil language. Thirukkural is also known as Tamil marai (Tamil Vedas); poyyamozhi (words that never fail); and Daiva nool (divine text).
