The software can track up to 10,000 invoices in a single databases file and you can create an unlimited number of files. The software also automatically generates invoices, calculates taxes and figures out total invoice charges. A variety of reports are available that show financial information, job details and customer history. The software features graph generation, data export, bulk email, mailing label generation, a powerful search engine, full customization and much more. For each project, the software automatically totals time and labor, supply and materials, other charges and taxes. With this information it generates an invoice that can include your logo, your contact information, customer address, header and footer information and more.
